HSE Specialist / Senior Safety Officer (Precast & EPC)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Safety Officer / HSE Specialist with 7 to 12 years of dedicated experience spanning Precast Concrete Manufacturing and EPC Contractors. In this role, you will bridge the gap between heavy factory production and complex site construction. You will be responsible for implementing zero-harm safety cultures across precast yards, mold-casting floors, transport logistics, and active EPC project sites. Key Responsibilities Precast Factory & Production Safety Heavy Lifting & Rigging: Oversee high-risk lifting operations, including gantry cranes, tower cranes, and specialized rigging equipment used for moving heavy precast elements. Plant Machinery Safety: Conduct strict risk assessments for batching plants, mold assembly lines, concrete pouring zones, and tensioning/stressing beds.
