Your role

As a Human Resource Manager, your mission is to drive the development and execution of strategic human resources initiatives that cultivate a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This role leads all people-related functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and goals. You will report to the General Manager.

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures across recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with business goals.
