Human Resources Business Partner (Moncton)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Manager HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a consultant for all aspects of the management of human resources for assigned departments/sectors and union groups.

He or she will support and advise managers and employees in workforce planning, recruitment, staffing, compensation, new employee integration, retention, labor relations, total compensation, change management, training and development, employee relations, performance management, workplace health and safety, attendance, conflict resolution, and related areas.

He or she will help develop HR policies, programs, standards, rules, and procedures, ensure follow‑up and monitoring, write reports, analyze HR indicators, and work closely with HR professionals and the extended HR team.
