Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to clinical and non-clinical leaders, providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of human resources. This role serves as the Hospital’s employee and labour relations subject matter expert, leading the management of grievances, investigations, and collective bargaining activities within a unionized healthcare setting. The HRBP plays a key role in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR initiatives, including attendance support, performance management, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and legislative requirements.
