Role Description
Job SummaryThe Head of People will serve as the senior HR leader responsible for overseeing all human resources functions in Puebla, Mexico, with primary ownership of employee relations, labor compliance in tandem with the legal team, regulatory adherence, and organizational development.
This role requires deep expertise in Mexican labor law, workplace culture, internal working regulations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance risk mitigation.
