Job Summary
Director level HR Bid and Transition partner who will lead and manage the people solution in the bid phase and people transition in the increasing number of customer opportunities within the LATAM region.
This role will serve as part of our integral people-focused organization strategically aligned to support sales and increased revenue utilizing customizable Human Resource people solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage the RFI/RFP bid responses for large/complex opportunities within the LATAM region in coordination with business teams.
Develop innovative end-to-end people solution design that enables Cognizant to achieve the company's business goals and objectives.
Provide advisory support to strategic engagements on employment matters, offering counseling, coaching, and problem solving to ensure compliance with local laws.
