Human Resources Manager

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager in our manufacturing facility in Chihuahua. In this position, you will provide HR leadership, insight, and support to the entire organization. This role is part of the facility’s Leadership Team and is a key contributor to achieving business results while strengthening and advancing the Lutron culture. You will also be an integral member of the global Lutron Human Resources team.

• Anticipate organizational needs and drive people strategies and HR practices that strengthen Lutron’s position as an employer of choice.
