Human Resources Manager

Role

We are currently expanding our team and have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic group. A key focus of this position is full-cycle hiring for all departments, in close partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, while also serving as a point of contact for employees and managers, implementing HR policies, administering performance review systems, and overseeing employee discipline and termination procedures. This is a full-time, in-person position located in our Canadian head office in South Surrey, BC. This role is not remote or hybrid.
