Advise ownership and operations on all employee relations matters.
Maintain full compliance with California, federal, and applicable employment laws.
Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Hiring & Onboarding
Manage full cycle recruiting for all departments.
Coordinate virtual and domestic hiring.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training framework.
Ensure all new hires are compliant with documentation and policy acknowledgments.
