**The**Opportunity**:Under limited supervision, ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR data systems to ensure successful data audit, including date-sensitive changes and employee data.The HR Tier 2 Analyst provides advanced support for HR-related inquiries and issues that require more specialized knowledge and expertise.They provide specialized support to employees and managers on topics such as benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR systems.This role acts as a bridge between Tier 1 support and HR business partners / COE's, escalating cases as necessary and ensuring efficient resolution of employee inquiries.This role involves managing and resolving HR service requests, analyzing HR data, performing research, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes and policies.
