HVAC Coil Process & Improvement Engineer

Alliance Especializados del Aire S.A de C.V. is seeking a Coil Mechanical Engineer responsible for supporting the design, production, and continuous improvement of heat transfer coils. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Basic requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3–7+ years in manufacturing engineering, and proficiency in HVAC coil processes. English proficiency is also essential. A focus on Lean Manufacturing methodologies is preferred.
