**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs.
- Reuses components when possible and assists management in buy/build decisions.
- The job involves developing and creating new Custom connectors for SailPoint.
- Expert level knowledge of XML/JSON and SOAP/Restful webservices.
- Creates system design and engineering specifications based on requirements from the IAM Business Analysis team.
- Interacts with the IAM Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support testing in Pre and Prod environments.
- Assists with any system support /incident triage to restore service availability.
**Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of experience
- Strong Java programming skills and experience
- SailPoint development experience including Customization and configuration of SailPoint.
