Our client is seeking to appoint an ICT Manager to provide strategic leadership in driving the Saccos Digital-First transformation agenda through secure, innovative, reliable, and data-driven technology solutions. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business objectives to enhance member experience, operational efficiency, cybersecurity resilience, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader with strong financial services experience, capable of transforming the Sacco into a digitally enabled institution while maintaining robust cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and exceptional member experience.
