Role Description
The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring plant readiness to support a
successful vehicle or process launch, with a focus on internal logistics,
production line functionality, and milestone achievement. Acting as the key
interface between plant operations and program management, this role ensures
alignment with launch timelines, production plans, and CAPEX efficiency targets.
The Project Lead coordinates cross-functional teams to implement material flow
systems, validate layouts, and prepare the plant for Start of Production (SOP)
and ramp-up, driving seamless execution and operational stability. **Only applies for VPE employees** Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Engineering bachelor's degree required.
