The primary mission of the Immigration Paralegal is to assist attorneys in navigating the complex world of immigration law, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, and providing comprehensive support to clients. The Paralegal is an expert in immigration processes, delivering high-quality information with empathy and professionalism to ensure an outstanding service experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Case Management: Organize and maintain case files while monitoring strict deadlines. Must meet internal KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Document Preparation: Draft legal documents (declarations, motions, affidavits, and forms) with absolute accuracy to ensure successful filings.
Client Advocacy & Interaction: Multi-channel communication to gather evidence and provide updates. Must be able to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
