Role Description
Join PC as an Implementation Specialist and manage new group implementation processes. This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and technology utilization for client satisfaction.
As a key player in customer success, your responsibilities include coordinating with Account Managers to gather necessary materials and ensuring smooth installations. Your adaptability and teamwork will be vital to addressing client needs and fostering effective relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage effective implementation of assigned groups on TPA platforms
• Work with Account Managers and Consultants to acquire installation materials
• Provide updates and resolve outstanding issues promptly
• Day-to-day management of client requests and follow-ups
• Collaborate with PC departments for a smooth process
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in an office setting
• Relevant degree in a related field
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus
