Import-Export Compliance Sr Lead

As an Import /Export Compliance Sr. Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with MX and USA government laws and regulations related to the Import/Export activities. With emphasis in assuring compliance with the pre-operation activities (planning and validation) and post-operation activities (compliance and internal audits). Overseeing all needed paperwork, and execution of defined processes will be critical. You will act as liaison between trade compliance area and the rest of the organization and providing direct support to the Import/Export Manager.

• Ensure that the information of the import and export transactions that are in the Annex 24 comply with Customs laws and regulations in both Mexico and US.
• Ensure that all the data that are in the Annex 24 is the same as in the data stage (government data).
