Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a crucial role within Onni's litigation practice, leveraging your 3-5 years of post-call experience. You'll manage and direct civil litigation cases, from disputes to contract claims and leasing matters. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will identify legal risks and provide sound legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil litigation matters including construction and contract claims
• Review pleadings, draft demand letters, and settlement agreements
• Provide strategic direction to external litigation counsel
