Position Overview
ZSA is seeking a Product Counsel for a fast‑growing Canadian technology company to join its in‑house legal team.
Responsibilities
- Advise on technology products, enterprise SaaS agreements, and complex commercial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams on the launch and negotiation of AI‑driven products and enterprise customer agreements.
- Apply strong business judgment and build relationships across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced tech environment.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in technology product legal matters.
