In this full-time role, you will facilitate effective understanding and communication for individuals involved in the Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement. Your responsibilities include providing trauma-informed guidance on claims while building bridges within communities and collaborating with fellow Claims Helpers. You will engage in continuous education to stay informed and enhance support capabilities.
