Role Description
Requirements
- Strong and proven negotiation skills
- Degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management
- 1–3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
- Proven track record in direct and indirect material negotiations
- Knowledge of commodity and cost drivers
- Experience working with international suppliers and multi-site operations
- Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Confident communicator and relationship builder in various cultures
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits or project coordination
- Knowledge of source-to-pay
- Single face to key suppliers in negotiation commercial terms across locations
