Role Responsibilities:


Source customers for Personal Loan / Business Loan – Micro segment
Conduct field visits and generate business through local market sourcing
Manage customer onboarding, documentation and login process
Build strong relationships in assigned geography to drive business growth


Eligibility Criteria:


Experience in Micro Loans / PL / BL / MFI sales preferred
Strong local market knowledge and field sales exposure
