The Position: Industrial Backpack Field Supervisor
Type: Seasonal
Reports To: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Industrial IVM crew leads, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and according to established procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties such as payroll tracking, production tracking, equipment inspection and maintenance, drills, safety documents, and production reports.
- Plan daily and weekly logistics for the assigned teams before the work begins and inspect your team’s work in conjunction with contract requirements.
- Work with crew on sites daily and assist crews with daily operations.
- Motivate and inspire those on your team to perform to their fullest potential.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to oversee contract safety, production, and quality. <...
