Industrial Engineer / Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Job Overview

Position: Project Manager – Manufacturing (Longueuil, QC). The role is based in Longueuil, Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site, with flexible hours.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with production teams and manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment.
• Perform capacity analysis for various production lines.
• Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand.
• Manage the implementation of capital and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Plan shop layout modifications related to the installation of new equipment or equipment moves.
