About the Role
Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible work schedules/rotations available (4/3, 7/7, 14/14). Position reports to the Health, Safety and Training Manager. The Rainy River mine is an open pit and underground, gold and silver producing, residential mine site located adjacent to the Ontario/Minnesota border, about 65 kilometers northwest of Fort Frances, Ontario.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain control programs that help to recognize and assess occupational health hazards.
- Provide advice to management on current exposure guidelines and industry best practice.
- Maintain all Industrial Hygiene monitoring equipment.
