Role Description
Maple Leaf Foods seeks an Industrial Millwright with electrical and mechanical expertise focused on food processing equipment. Your role will encompass troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a supportive, unionized setting.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include timely completion of work requests, welding repairs, and adherence to Food Safety standards. You will also engage in effective communication with the production team while managing maintenance inventory through an SAP system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and execute repairs
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and on time
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory
• Fabricate equipment parts while maintaining safety standards
• Document repair activities accurately in the SAP system

• Journeyman Red Seal Certification, 2+ years experience
