Role Description
Responsibilities
- Lead IT migration and infrastructure projects (on-prem to cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online).
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical teams, internal stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed.
- Deliver regular status reports, project dashboards, and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and support the development of training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management (infrastructure or service delivery).
