Infra Technology Specialist - IBM WebSphere

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)

In this role, you will:

• Overall 5-7 years of experience managing Middleware technologies, including WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat.
• Troubleshoot and provide L1 & L2 support for defects assigned in test environments until closure.
• Communicate issues and escalations to stakeholders in a timely manner according to agreed frequency.
• Analyze recurring issue patterns and implement permanent fixes using effective problem-management methodology.
• Determine clear root cause and develop a corrective action plan to resolve problems.
• Perform problem-management process, retrospectives, and prepare analysis on areas for service improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation such as run books, feature guides, flows, and KEDBs.
