We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop ML models for classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics • Build AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG for use cases such as ticket summarization, auto-triage, and knowledge retrieval • Develop Agentic AI workflows for automated investigation, ticket routing, escalation, and resolution recommendations • Create recommender systems leveraging RCA insights, logs, and historical operational data • Integrate ML/AI solutions into observability platforms, ticketing systems, and dashboards • Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking • Support automation use cases such as self-healing and auto-remediation in IT operations environments Required Skills: • Strong experience ...
