Sr. Radio Frequency manufacturing Engineer
Position Objective
Coordinates and/or executes projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Knowledge and undesstanding the RF welding processes, machinery and meterials requirered. Planning and scheduling of activities and resourcesAnalysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery and Equipment, Materials, etc.).Design (Products, Equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).Provide training on production processes.Preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).Delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).Time studies across different operations.Preparation of operation sheets.
