Role Description

- Optimize production flow through efficient layout design.
- Maintain process stability through continuous monitoring and adjustment.
- Prevent and mitigate production issues through proactive measures.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of practical experience in manufacturing operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
