Responsibilities
Provide field service support to NCR Retail and other brands, both preventive and corrective, ensuring quality in every activity.
Daily Tasks
- Service corrective and preventive maintenance on NCR ATM technologies and point‑of‑sale terminals.
- Fill out service reports and documentation.
- Update systems using the company’s application.
- Recover, return and deliver parts.
- Communicate with various operational areas.
- Follow escalation levels and communicate with operational supervision.
