The primary mission of the Immigration Paralegal is to assist attorneys in navigating the complex world of immigration law, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, and providing comprehensive support to clients. Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Case Management: Organize and maintain case files while monitoring strict deadlines. You must meet internal KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Document Preparation: Draft legal documents (declarations, motions, affidavits, and forms) with absolute accuracy to ensure successful filings.
