Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and support both in person and over the phoneComplete paperwork and order entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain diligent follow-up on customer inquiries and outstanding tasksSupport customers by helping identify solutions to meet their business needsAdhere to safe and efficient work practicesAssist with general branch operations and provide support to warehouse staff when requiredParticipate in technical and professional development training opportunities Qualifications
