Role Description
The Inside Sales Engineer is the initial technical resource for the Internal and External Sales teams and is responsible for actively driving and managing the Application Evaluation and Sales Price Estimation stage of the sales process. The position operates as a bridge between customers and technical engineering teams, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Crane Valves. The primary objective of the position is to prepare accurate sales price estimates for products and projects while communicating requirements to customers and internal departments. The Inside Sales Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all application issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales quotation process.
