Job Description

As an Inside Wholesaler, Individual Insurance, your role is to cultivate and maintain quality relationships with existing RBC Insurance Brokers while developing new relationships in specific territories and increasing sales of RBC Insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Consultant to establish a strategic business plan for the territory with defined sales targets.
• Proactively contact insurance advisors to gain information and insight into their practices.
• Establish relationships with marketing staff of key producers/MGAs.
• Provide insight and sales ideas related to the insurance industry, product knowledge & system training (BIC, Illustrations, Morningstar etc.).
• Position RBC Insurance products & solutions to prospects & existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
