Instructor Therapist

We are looking to add a dynamic, bilingual individual to our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst doctorate level (BCBA-D)
• Conduct assessments and collect data on behaviour and skill acquisition
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach and promote appropriate behaviours
• Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of the learner’s progress and treatment sessions
