Job Overview

Insurance Review Manager – Sun Life Canada. Hybrid work model: two days per week in office, remainder remote. The role focuses on managing and enhancing the Insurance Review Program, working across multiple third‑party distribution partners and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits of MGAs, National Accounts, and third‑party advisors.
• Perform risk‑based advisor desk reviews and develop annual compliance audit plans.
• Execute testing, document findings, and report results to management.
• Identify, communicate, and monitor escalation of compliance issues.
• Track remediation of identified risks and assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain effective relationships with compliance, business governance, and line‑management stakeholders.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
