Role Description
Take charge as the Intakes and Investigations Team Lead at Siksika Children’s Services, managing urgent assessments for children and families. Ensure the implementation of effective intervention strategies in line with the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act.
This leadership role focuses on managing the Intake and Assessment functions at Siksika Children’s Services. You will evaluate urgency levels, and develop case plans to meet the needs of children and families. Your leadership will guide the Intake & Investigations Unit to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise intake and assessment functions
• Establish urgency of response for child and family cases
• Develop comprehensive case plans based on needs
• Support and train the Intake & Investigations Unit staff
• Ensure adherence to CYFEA and policies
