Interior Painter

The Role: NorthCo is hiring a Painter to join our growing interior team. This is a full‑time role for someone who takes pride in clean lines, smooth walls, and finishes that hold up. You'll be working inside clients' homes, so attention to detail and respect for the space matter just as much as the quality of the work itself.

We're looking for an experienced painter who is comfortable across the full scope — walls, trim, prep, and the finish work that ties a room together. If you have spray painting experience on top of that (interior or exterior), even better.

You'd be joining a crew that shows up, does great work, keeps sites clean, and delivers a finished product we're proud to put our name on.
