Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document technical requirements and take them to end‑to‑end execution.
• Work independently as senior or lead business analyst, coaching and guiding team members within expertise.
• Lead Requirements Management for moderate to high‑complexity and risk initiatives.
• Possess discipline, rigor, subject‑matter knowledge and skills for requirements elaboration and validation.
• Support identification, maintenance and reporting of traceability of requirements.
