The International Project Manager & Commercial Leader (PMCL) is accountable for the overall commercial performance, delivery excellence, and people leadership of a portfolio of infrastructure, mining, and water‑related consulting projects across Latin America (primarily Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador, with additional regional locations as required).
The role ensures projects are delivered in strict accordance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and contractual requirements, while consistently delivering a legendary client experience.
In addition to portfolio oversight, the PMCL may act as Program Manager for key regional clients and complex, multi‑project portfolios and serves as a transitional leadership role for progression into broader business and regional leadership responsibilities.
