INTERNSHIP - Data scientist Jr W/M Demand Planning - SALOMON

As a Data Science Intern, you will work closely with planners and merchandisers to modernize reporting, automate recurring processes, and develop analytical tools that directly support business decisions.

This internship offers strong exposure to real business use cases, large datasets, and end-to-end analytical projects, from understanding business needs to delivering usable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for sales, stock, margin and performance monitoring
• Simplify, optimize and partially replace complex Excel-based tools using Python, SQL or BI solutions
• Automate recurring workflows such as:
  • Data extraction, transformation and consolidation
  • Weekly/monthly business reports
  • PowerPoint presentations used for internal reviews and management meetings
