Role Description
Enhance employee training at Bluum as a Learning & Development Intern. Contribute to impactful projects while gaining valuable exposure to corporate training and educational tools.
As an intern in the L&D team at Bluum, you will coordinate training sessions and support the administration of the Learning Management System. This role offers insights into various employee development initiatives and opportunities to participate in designing engaging learning content. Your contributions will help shape a better learning environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions for staff
• Manage and update LMS with course materials
• Assist in creating effective training presentations and guides
• Research best practices in learning and development
• Provide administrative support for special projects
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Human Resources or education-related program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools
