Role Overview

Join our dedicated team at Rock Solid Refuge, a 12‑month residential program dedicated to supporting male youth with addictions and behavioral issues. As a Youth Care Worker, you will mentor students one‑to‑one and lead activities for 8‑10 teens at a time, fostering growth and camaraderie in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide heartfelt mentorship and support to adolescents in a 12‑month residential setting.
• Lead engaging activities such as work projects, gardening, animal care, sports, and games, minimizing screen time.
• Collaborate with the youth care team and supervisors to develop and implement individual plans.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and receive ongoing coaching and training.

Shift & Schedule

Rotational shifts averaging 40‑44 hours per week, working 4‑6 days in a row followed by 4‑6 days off. Some night shifts may be required. Live on site while on shift is av...
