Inventory Coordinator (Tlaxcala de Xicohténcatl)

Under close supervision, maintains control over volumes of raw materials, parts in process and finished products, to ensure a predetermined level of inventories. Coordinates material cycle counts and reconciles current inventories vs. system records. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Control of inventories of direct and indirect products and raw materials.
• Analysis of inventories in SAP vs. physical records.
• Perform improvement actions.
• Carry out procedures or improve existing ones, aligned to control or reduce variations.
• Ensure the reliability of inventory in SAP.
• Program cyclical stocks and monthly reporting.
• Request changes to the BOM in the SAP system.

• Excel, databases, dynamic tables, SAP.

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
