The opportunity

The Associate, Sustainable Investing (Climate and Energy Transition) is an entrepreneurial and analytically driven professional who is passionate about the opportunity to help shape the low-carbon transition at scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and real-world execution, they will work directly with portfolio companies and internal partners to accelerate decarbonization, strengthen climate resilience, and support long-term value creation for the fund.

As a core member of one of Canada’s leading Sustainable Investing teams, the Associate will contribute to fund-level climate initiatives while engaging deeply with portfolio companies to design and advance credible transition and decarbonization plans.
