Job Overview

Work from home. Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment‑related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects.
• Advise customers on wealth and investment strategies and products that meet customer objectives.
• Fulfill sales and service activities for customers in accordance with approved procedures.
• Identify and make referrals to other business groups as needed.
• Make outbound calls to customers and proactively look for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Stay abreast of consumer needs, industry trends, best practices, and the regulatory environment as it relates to the products and services provided.
