Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers or Fund Administrators in a timely manner Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action Producing ad-hoc reports for Fund Managers Manage approval process and timelines per Fund Administrator requirements Testing application enhancements Faxing trade rejects and other requests Other duties as assigned Flexible work schedule required Skills Required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance field preferred Knowledge of Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Products, and back office) is an asset Three years’ experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines Ability to work independently and also be a strong team con...
