Iqc Inspector (Mexicali)

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of raw material received at Intuitive Mexicali Plant, following applicable department procedures for Incoming Quality Control; ensure raw material meets the specifications required by the products and manufacturing process for instruments and accessories.

Document inspection results to maintain traceability at finish goods level.

• Follow GMPs and wear safety equipment during work.
• Participate in Safety commission when required and/or safety training.
• Utilize correct tooling and equipment according to work instructions or inspection lot requirements, reporting any worn or damaged tooling or equipment.
• Escalate any safety issues with supervisor or manager.
• Follow 5S methodology in the respective area.
• Report any faulty or suspicious safety device on equipment.
